Returns & Exchanges

At FOSH, every piece is thoughtfully made and quality checked before dispatch. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange as per the policy below.

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags intact

  • In original packaging

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved after quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

We arrange reverse pickup in most serviceable locations across India.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for your address, our team will guide you on the return shipping process.

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated during your return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery through the return form above and upload clear images.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important notes

  • All returns are subject to quality inspection.

  • FOSH reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
