Payment Confirmation

If your payment is debited but your order is not confirmed, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number for assistance.

Failed or Pending Transactions

In case of a failed or incomplete transaction where the amount has been debited from your account, the amount is usually reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.

If you do not receive the refund within this time, please contact your bank first. You may also reach out to our support team for further help.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select PIN codes across India.
Availability of COD will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

FOSH reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.
